Refund policy

We want you to feel good about ordering from WildType. If you need help with an order, email us at ops@wildtype.io.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products that remain factory sealed may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. To begin a return, contact us before sending the product back. Unless the return is the result of our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will issue the approved refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping package. If the claim is approved, we will replace the affected item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Shipments

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside WildType’s direct control. If tracking shows a shipment is delayed, lost, or missing, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined based on the carrier investigation, tracking information, and the circumstances of the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective. Items marked final sale, gift cards, and products purchased from a third-party retailer are not eligible for refund through wildtype.io.

Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Eligible unopened subscription orders may still be returned under this policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. WildType reserves the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests.
